OFF TO PARIS! I turned some of my crystal flower sculptures (from the weddings Love Soaked series) into three dimensional wall paintings! Four of them are heading off to a special exhibition inside the Louvre Museum! This is my third time exhibiting here and it never ever gets old! Excited to go in person in a few weeks for the opening and to be able to share with everyone what I have created! Hopefully these babies make it safely @fedex ✈️🤞🏽🖤 #heatherlynnarts

Hiiiiii! Artist Update:)
If you noticed I have been socially quiet its because I have taken on a massive project in addition to my regular “work”!!!

This is me standing in front of TWO YEARS of new work - my secret project!

My daughter is getting married THIS weekend and instead of using fresh flowers I have made 250 crushed crystal and recycled glass flower sculptures! This series is called “Love Soaked” after my daughter who oozes happiness and love everywhere she goes!

The wedding will include 220 guest gifts from the SuperLoved collection and a step and repeat area with the Pure Love Series. In addition- I also custom made all the graphics, signage and ALL the linens! I had a vision ~created an art thesis and have been hard at work these past 2 years in my WV studio.

The words that designed everything in this wedding are -Intentionality, Permanence, Purpose, Repurpose, Bespoke, Thoughtful, Artisan, and Love Soaked. I can not wait to share the content and watch my team of incredibly talented artists execute and capture my vision!!

AND the work from this project has already gotten picked up by several galleries for some massive shows I can not wait to share with everyone!!!!

Natural wood tones, for one, are full of warmth and coming on strong again in the kitchen, says designer Kelcey Huff of Waterlily Interiors in Bethesda, Maryland. Don’t be afraid to mix light and dark stains and various textures, she says. Other colors will also be relevant again, too; in fact, brown is likely to be a leading new neutral in 2024 in the kitchen and beyond.”

The 131 interior designers surveyed for Apartment Therapy’s annual State of Home Design report reflected on a multitude of topics, from emerging decorating styles and specific materials you can expect to see everywhere in 2024, to their own favorite resources for inspiration.
